Late September 2021, we headed out to explore Canada's spectacular Pacific Rim National Park. Located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, the park is home to scenic rainforests with towering ancient cedar trees and vast sandy beaches. The area is a mecca for cold water surfers. Other popular activities include hiking, kayaking, camping, fishing, whale watching, nature retreats, and in the winter months, storm watching!

We managed to reserve a campsite right in the National Park at the Green Point campground. Unfortunately, our 30-foot fifth-wheel trailer was too big to fit, but luckily the campground had a large emergency campsite open that could accommodate us.

In the video, I have numerous clips of our explorations around this natural wonder. We take a hike out on the Wild Pacific Trail in Ucluelet, I stroll on the wooden walkways and stairs of the peaceful Rainforest Loop Trail and finish with scenes from the world-famous Long Beach.

If you need to get back to nature and enjoy the peacefulness of a forest walk or listen to the ocean waves roll in, this is the place for you.
