Help! Lippert jacks will not manually raise
Hoping someone can help fast! Our lippert jacks failed in the middle of leveling last night. We disconnected the power let it drain completely and reconnected, the panel lights up faintly then dies again. It is now Sunday morning, below freezing, and we need to leave ASAP.
We have followed all instructions online, youtube videos etc for raising the jacks manually with a drill and they will not raise - all 4 have been tried, the drill is connecting but none will raise.
Any ideas are appreciated.
The rig is a 2018 Grand Design Reflection 303RLS if that matters. I have left a message for Lippert emergency tech line, no response yet.
Looks like it was just too freaking cold LOL
Getting them to slowly retract now. Next step is a new control module. I hope everyone has a great Sunday, and Ray & Anne - when we heard the border would reopen we immediately thought of you!
Sorry I didn’t respond earlier I’ve been off here a few days. Did you make sure your batteries are charged ? A weak battery may do this, also with it being cold your jacks will move slower. Did you call Lippert customer service? I would call them directly not on line and talk to a real person.
