adding an inverter

    I am slowly building up our solar setup. I have limited experience with electrical systems. so far I have installed some roof panels an MPPT controler and 200 am of lithium. My nextstep is an inverter. i know the best thing to do is hardwire it into the fuse panel, but that is out of my comfort level. Does it make sense to just plug the rv shore power plug into the inverter ( I would shut off the converter at the fuse box) My other thought was to run an extension cord into the rv and plug things into that. We are very low energy users, no microwave or coffee makers etc.

    I went for many years with just a few DIY installed AC outlets separate from my OEM RV AC circuits. Glorified extension cords.
    We only had a 1000W inverter and used it to power just a few things, so I kept it simple. :)
