Just replaced my Goodyear Marathon tires @ 65 PSI with Goodyear Endurance.Scaled my trailer hitched with full Gas tanks and full fresh water is 6130 lbs not including the tongue weight. [img][/img]

Based on this chart with a 30 % margin for load shifting flex my trailer is near 8000 lbs that would make it 2000 LBS per tire= @ 45 PSI
    Seems too low ??

I saw that chart too and seem low to me. I know lots of people always fill to max.

My trailer comes in at around 9400 lbs loaded up. I've been running my Endurance tires at 72 PSI for two years and roughly 8,000 miles.
I've been watching for too much wear on the middle treads of the tire indicating too high of inflation, none found, pretty even wear on 3 of the tires. The driver's side rear does wear more on the inner side of the tire, but that's been consistent with three other sets of tires.

The ride is good, no overheating.

One test you can do is put chalk across the tire and take a drive and see if it wears evenly.

225/75/15 tire, I have them pumped up to 70 PSI and will monitor. Thanks Ray .
