TV 12V Receptacle?

    I’m presuming this is a 12V receptacle on my TV antenna outlet. If so is it OK to plug in a USB adaptor to charge my phones/tablet?

    Yes it is, I use it to plug in a volt meter to keep a watch on the battery.

    I've found that those TV outlets are a really tight fit for 12 volt connectors. Since we don't watch t v when RVing I replaced them all with a hardwired USB converter
