Flat spots on rv tires

When parked in the same campground site for 3 or 4 months, is it advisable to move the camper periodically. Also what if the unit is not moved during winter season.

I've noticed portions of my tires that seem to have flat spots. The trailer is a 2017 and low mileage. This my explain what causes this.
