Greetings, when I'm dry camping I would like to pump water into y water inlet to use both water filters that I have on my rig.I just bought a water pump from Amazon that's electric but the connectors aren't for a drinking water hose. Any clever ideas that would work for me? I just don't want to use the gravity fill and circumvent the double filters.

I bought another RV pump and cut water inlet lines put a T in and placed pump in inlet to fresh water tank then installed a on/off switch. Simple fix. I can then use on board pump and water goes through my filters

I did find fittings at Home Depot and the pump works great! I pumped 40 gallons into my fresh water tank. Thanks for the info Rush and Lola.

To transport water from the source to my rig down in Quartzsite, I use a twin size air mattress. Using an electric pump like yours, I could move 75 gallons quickly and easily.

Very clever but what about the nasty plastic chemicals in those beds? I'm thinking about getting the 30 Gallon Aqua Tank II, Ray just got one and did a video and I'm convinced!
