Looks like it could be helpful. I like the overlays for BLM, Forest lands and cell carriers.
Still lacking a complete database but getting there. Has desktop version too - https://freeroam.app/

Thanks Ray … wasn't aware of this app and added it to my boondocking app collection. Showing the BLM land is a benefit.

    Thanks for posting this, Ray!

For everyone else here, I'm the developer for the app, so definitely let me know if you have any suggestions for things we can do to make it more useful! Most of the stuff in there right now was suggested by others, so it helps a lot to get feedback!

Very cool app. Looks like everything in one spot. Really like the overlays. The Blm and forest roads maps are great. As I zoom in with the BLM overlay on. I only see BLM roads as Names not numbered as withy google maps. But if that area did have one of the MVUM maps to come up then all road numbers come up with the dots and all. But if searching for like BLM 143 then I’m back to google maps. Seems the road numbers would be on front map. Maybe I’m missing something. First attempt. Like all the options you loaded up.

@Edward we use Mapbox instead of Google Maps because it lets us do the nifty overlays (with Google Maps, it's against their terms to show their maps with other maps that aren't theirs unfortunately).

So we're dependent on Mapbox (and OpenStreetMap where they source their data) to get that info. They're pretty good with National Forest roads, but looks like the BLM ones are a bit lacking :/
