We have left Buenos Aires NWR and made our way over to southeast AZ. With the cold week forecast, we decided to book into the Sagebrush RV Park in Willcox $150 for the week full hookups.
Quiet old park with lots of room. Will give us a chance to do loads of laundry and flush out the waste tanks and use our electric heater. During the cold days, we will day trip to the numerous area attractions and scout out our next boondocking locations. Next week looks much nicer with more normal temps.
This area is the winter roosting grounds for 10's of thousands of sandhill cranes, today large flocks have been soaring over the RV park!
I think we are going to hit up Gilbert Rey for a few days. One of our dogs has swollen nodes and needs to see a vet. We haven’t really explored old Tucson so maybe some fun things to do until The weather gets nicer.
