I have winnabago itasca sundancer 2006 my problem is my batteries don't get charge on shorepower here is what going on we have been at campgrounds for three weeks ran no generator all DC systems do not work and yet batteries are 13 volts, we are plug into shorepower everything runs no problem I have check all wiring even had neighbors help can't find nothing to me the batteries are dead lights don't work even the propane alarm goes off to lol but yet batteries are reading 13 volts what is going on? Can't run generator cause the batteries don't have enough volts to start it and yet both batteries are 13 volts
By chance is is your battery cut off switch turned off?
Howdy, sounds like it could be the 12-volt B.I.R.D. power relay.
(Bi Directional Isolator Relay Delay)
Also, like Dhuhn said it could be a cut off switch. Have you checked the battery disconnect relay switch?
If memory serves me correct thay are up under the steps with the battery bank.
Good luck & Happy Trails!!!
