I'd try and see if they can tell you what kind of foam they use. The foam used seems to be the biggest issue with RV furniture, they make it with cheap foam thinking most people don't use the RV a whole lot and most don't.
But if you do, the cheap foam will soon collapse. I built my own day bed frame then had an upholsterer make the mattress and cushions, pillows, etc. He clued me into different foam densities and quality. He convinced us to pay extra for the foam, which was over 300 dollars just for the foam but over 3 years later it is still like when we got it.
