Hello all. Hoping somebody has some experience with the Smart Plug brand plugs and receptacles for RV and marine applications. My 50 amp plug is one of the twist-lock contraptions and I'm not overly fond of it. It seems like it never fits tight and the screw on ring with plastic threads strips out so easily. Mine needs replacing now. I keep looking at them online, but the pair for the trailer and the cord end are
$200. Seems like a hefty price but if they are as good as the ads say, it might be worth it. Supposed to stay a lot cooler because of better connections. Reviews are good, but I'd like to hear from some of you who have experience with them.
