I just bought 3 LionEngery Safari UT 1200 Lithium Batteries for my 2004 Bounder. I see that the recommended charge setting is 14.6V @ 45A. Just want to confirm That when I order my new Lithium converter that it must be a Converter and Battery Charger - Lithium - 12V - 45 Amps. I believe I just answered my question, just want to make sure since I spent a lot of money. LOL
    Thank you Don

    Yes, you are correct.

The progressive dynamics are pretty popular and charge at 14.6v. Since you have 3 batteries in parallel you can go with a higher charging rate. The 45 amp would be recommended max for a single battery. They do also offer 60 amp version which would be my choice for 3 of these batteries simply for faster charging times.

Yes, that'll do the job. Even a regulator old OEM lead-acid converter charge will charge them but not very effectively. Here is a video I did to demo - https://www.loveyourrv.com/lithium-battery-charge-test-can-you-use-a-lead-acid-charge-converter/

Also, it says recommend 14.6V @ 45A but that is per battery, so if you have 3 wired in parallel they can handle 3 times that amperage. Keep in mind though as you go higher in amperage with a battery charge you need heavier cables and possibly a higher wattage generator to power it.

Most people investing in lithium also have solar, so the charge converter amperage doesn't matter as much as it's usually going to be a secondary charging source to top up on shore power or during cloudy days.

Here is a video that may interest you where I was charging my lithium bank with 3 different sources. They were all set at 14.4V output.

You may want to see how your Bounder is wired for alternator charging. Since lithium batteries can accept such higher amps in charging, it can lead to problems of overheating an alternator.

Here are some examples of wiring - https://amsolar.com/rv-solar-panel-kit/alternator-charging
