101 highway Oregon coast shutdown due to slides

    For folks thinking of heading to southern Oregon Coast in the next while. I'm hearing from multiple people that there have been some major landslides on Highway 101 and it could be shut down for a long time.

    I can always take I5 up past the slide then cut back across. Usually, avoid I5 because it's boring. ;) There are also routes to they east but are more weather dependent in early April.
