I have a Go Power system in my Titanium. It's 2 solar panels and 4 x 6V batteries connected series parallel. I have a 1500W true sine wave inverter. Overall I haven't really tested the system with boon docking but I would like to. Looking at the setup and electrical connections the installer used a lot of wire nuts electrical tape and varying cable sizes. It functions but is kind of a mess. My plan is to make a pv combiner box out of an electrical sub panel. Tie the two buses together with some 6AWG that should provide 55 Amps for the wire from the panels in the sub panel put a double 15A breaker one for each panel on the roof. This gives me the ability to isolate the panels. Then build a junction box to have a nice clean area to run to solar controller which is a PWM type from Go Power, inverter and battery cables . Definitely add a battery shutdown switch. I .want some more protection for the system as well
