We just got back from our big spring break trip to Utah. We drove from Long Beach CA to Zion National Park (8 hours), then to Moab (6 hours), which is close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Our four kids (2-13) did very well in the car. The two year old was able to nap in the car every day. The National parks in Utah are amazing, I highly recommend taking a trip to see them! All in all we traveled 1700 miles in 6 days, it was an awesome trip!

In Zion we stayed at the Zion River RV park. It was a nice park next to a river with a nice pool and hot tub. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly.

In Moab we stayed and the Moab Valley RV park. It was also very nice, clean, and well maintained. There was a nice pool and hot tub. The views from the RV park were very good.

I'm glad you enjoyed our state. Next time you are here, make sure you visit some of our State Parks. They are just as great if not greater than the National Parks.

We would have loved to visit the State Parks and the other National Parks. Unfortunately, we only had six days. We will just have to come back another time!

We love Utah, especially southern UT.
In fact as of this writing I’m in Bountiful Utah. We just pulled into an Elks lodge for the night.

Great parks in UT. Your photos are great.

Wade....we are going to join The Elks Lodge here in Sonoma County, California....how has your experience been with staying at other Elks locations? Have you been an Elk long?? Do you ever caravan with other members?? We are planning to purchase a Fifth-wheel early next year!!!

Great video Logan. The fuel situation east on I-70 is similar, I believe there is an 80 mile stretch without fuel.
