I this video, I show what’s included in the American Booster Voltex 50 RV Plus cellular signal booster kit. Then I detail its installation into our 2011 Keystone Cougar fifth-wheel trailer. The video finishes up with a quick signal strength test to confirm the operation.

Next month I plan to test out the American Booster in-depth as we make our way to the US southwest for the winter RV snowbird season. I’ll come back with a full review of its performance in a few weeks.

I wonder if anyone files patents on this stuff. Looks like a pretty close copy right down to the packaging. I will be interested in the performance of the antennas, both in how close they can be to each other and also how close a device needs to be to the interior antenna. Like you we found the Weboost only performs well if the antenna is pretty close to the device.

I don't think any amount of improvement will move me to spend 500 bucks though.

As far as I can tell the parent company is a GS Teletech out of Korea http://www.gsteletechinc.com/ I think they are trying to break into the mobile market.
The hardware looks pretty well put together.
I should open both the weBoost amp and theirs and see if there is a difference
