Might as well do some mods
Since we can't take our planned trip from PA to Georgia this month (were scheduled to be in Atlanta today) I decided it was a good time to do some mods. We needed to get the camper out of hibernation anyway. So I changed out the faucet in the bathroom, the thermostat and the door handle on the bathroom door. The faucet lights up when the water run. It was a rather cool feature. Also added a bug stop and a door handle to the screen door. If you are interested you can see all the mods on this video.
I am reupholstering the valances/cutains in our trailer. Can't believe someone thought it was a good idea to decorate with all dark brown everything in a small space. Will post pictures when completed.
Here's a sample of before & after.
I like the new fabric. It looks very “coastal”
Nice video! I really liked the RV Bug Stop so I'll be ordering one soon. Also, I really liked the installation of your battery switch- nice and neat and also professional looking. Once again, thanks for all this.
I saw this today. Maybe boondockers would find it handy:
