such a nice spot you have! We were in “hazardous” air for over a week in Oregon. Finally cleared out now. We headed to the coast so we could take a deep breath!
A brief but beautiful respite during a series of strong low-pressure systems buffeting the BC coast with lots of wind and rain this week. Low slung rainbow over the Discovery Passage here at Thunderbird RV Park in Campbell River, BC
He sat on that rock very patiently for about 30-45 minutes. Numerous salmon, steelhead and ??? jumped up the falls but he waited for the right sized one. The attached slapped him in the face (beak) . It was a great day, in my many trips, I just hit this one right.

Just spent a few days in the Vancouver Island boonies off the grid with no cell. Was nice! Great to take the fifth wheel for a spin and make sure the boondocking systems are still working. The campsite is called Buttle Lake in Strathcona Provincial Park. Video to come.
