I'd like to add a couple more. First, the "cyclone"-type vent pipe caps. I'd have been smarter to save my money. What is your experience with them (if any)?
The second one was a two piece thermostat that I was hoping would do a decent job with my fake fireplace heater. This unit had a ten degree window of regulation...almost useless.

Sure doesn't look to me like that tape was actual Eternabond, the backing on Eternabond is quite different from any butyl tape I've ever seen, much much stickier. But there are many roof tapes on the market. The Eternabond tape I have, some is now over is 5 years old and I can tell you it would never peel-off so easily. I'd need a heat gun and a razor blade and even then it would leave a lot of the sealant behind
One caveat though is maybe that rig has sat in the Arizona sun for many years. I'm not sure what over 100F for a few months each year and over 300 sunny days would do to it.

I'm having Lippert ship me out a batch of the products to test out, I think I will this spring replace my slide-out rubber roof as it is getting quite spotted with black dots so assume the white coating is wearing away.
I saw that Alpha Systems has a replacement membrane - https://alphallc.us/products/roofing/ so figured I would give it a try on the slide. My main roof isn't too bad yet.
