Yea, 2 weeks is about our limit as well although we recently purchased a portable washer. It works great to clean and spins water out very well but you need to line dry. Works great for smaller things like undergarments, socks, t shirts. We save things like sheets, towels dog blankets for the laundromat or hand wash.
We usually pull it out of the basement while we are staying at campground that has water and a dump station. It can be set up in the shower or outside if using earth friendly detergent type and ground conditions/camp rules permit.
3 weeks is in the dry desert, once we hit the westcoast timeline shrinks dramatically. The biggest thing is the towels, they dry so dang fast in the desert but on the coast they never dry and get rank pretty fast. :grimace:
When we are in a park and golf every day, we only have enough to last a week - every day is clean stuff or else no-one will golf with us. Boondocking - who cares? If anyone can smell us, they're too close :joke: Our mundane chore of the day was final cleanup and last grocery stock up for hitting the road on Monday. Homeward bound.
