Looking at a small, lightly used Class C with a MB diesel. It will be our first RV! What accessories or extras should I get before we set out for a few weeks from PA to CO? Thanks all!

I like to carry extra extensions of sewer hose and water hoses, never know how far the sewer and water maybe. Also, adapters for the electrical hookups to be able to use 50A, 30A and 20A if need be, Also use a water regulator and electrical surge protector. Good chocks and leveling blocks.

Don't forget holding tank chemical deodorizer and TP. Also don't forget this important tool.

You may have heard this from others but don’t just take off on a long trip with a new or new-to-you RV. Try a couple of short trips even in your own driveway to make sure everything works and you know how to use them.

You may also want a basic assortment of tools to bring with you in case you need to do some repairs while on road, and also what Ray has mentioned.

I totally agree with Ray. There’s been several times I’ve had to use 3 15’ sections of sewer hose
