Ok thanks. You will see the drill/impact driver combos on sale fairly often but wasn’t even sure what the impact driver was for.. So maybe worth getting the combo…

Looked like the summer student employee guys had done them when I did the curbside pickup, later on a Friday afternoon, and the girlfriends were waiting in the back of the shop so they were probably more focused on laying pipe than cutting wire. I responded to the post sale survey and the owner apologized and was annoyed that the employees were cutting extra length of pricey material…

Good to know. Have sunk a fair amount into the battery bank, and wasn’t cheaping out on the cables so didn’t want to go through that to have the system compromised...

Costco Canada membership is supposed to work down there. But there’s apparently some kind of limitation on crossing the border at the moment.

The other thing was, how do you isolate the batteries from the crap oem charger that otherwise supplies the 12v in the rv, when you’re hooked up to the mains power in an RV Park, etc..? Just a switch between the batteries, solar controller, etc.. and the RV 12v system that you have to switch off when your hooked up to power?

Glad I can still use the PD Intelli-power charge wizard thingy, as the lithium-specific PD chargers seem to be even more pricey, though you’d think they are actually less complex with less charge modes, et. al...
