- Mods and UpgradesAcuva Water Treatment
Thanks Ray. That was my assumption but was not sure. We have tried the Reverse Osmosis water, it kinda tastes sort of "flat", not very good. I guess while we are in that area, it will need to be bottled water.
- Mods and UpgradesAcuva Water Treatment
Does anyone have experience with the Acuva treatment system while in southern Arizona? I know our treatment system with the three water filters does not work for water around Yuma / Quartzite area. The water tasts horrible. I wonder if the Acuva system work for that water? I am guessing nothing will work for that water, but hopefully something will.

I saw that but I didn't think about why it was upgraded. I have that saved incase it happens again. Thanks for your help.
- Repairs and MaintenanceNorcold Fridge question
Its model 1210. What I found was "Norcold 637360 OEM Temp Monitor". But this is the full kit. I guess if it keeps doing it, this is what I will need to get. I unplugged and then re-plugged in the brown wire. I am hoping that will help the connection problem. So far today, I have not had any problems. I run the fridge on AC when driving, maybe its a vibration issues going down the road?
- Repairs and MaintenanceNorcold Fridge question
It does have a cover, but it looks like it protects the circuit board. I am thinking it is loose wire in the plastic connector that plugs into the circuit board. I looked at it and I do not see how I could fix it. I would have to find another connector that matches that. Maybe I could find a new thermostat for this switch?

We spent 10 days near there (just off of American Girl Mine Road) a few weeks ago. We had a great time there, nice and quiet. We went back further than were you see most of the RV'ers.
- Repairs and MaintenanceNorcold Fridge question
My Norcold fridge is getting an error code "LI op", the high temp cut of switch shut off. The alarm goes off and then it will reset itself for a while. Sometimes it will work for hours and others just a few minutes.
I see all kinds of videos about how to reset it with magnets, however mine seems to reset itself when I turn it off for a few minutes.
I noticed that if I bump a brown wire from the switch (which leads to the thermostat), can turn the alarm on and the light comes on.
Check out my photo of the thermostat, is this in the correct place? It seems like it should be more inside the housing.
Also, I am running the fridge on AC (via my batteries) and the pipe that the switch is connected to is very hot to the touch (around 125 degrees). Should that be that hot?
Any ideas will be helpful.
Thanks.

We went down there last year and loved it. We will be heading there in a few more weeks, hopefully.
